What size projects do you take on?+
From small planter work to multi-acre cleanups. Most of our work sits in the middle of that range. What we take on depends on access, disposal, and how equipment reaches the site—we sort that out with you on a walk-through.
Do you self-perform, or sub it out?+
We self-perform every core trade — excavation, hardscape, drainage, planting. We sub only for licensed trades (electrical, irrigation backflow, structural retaining over 4 ft).
How fast can you start a large cleanup?+
If the property is accessible and the scope is straightforward, our median is 4–7 business days from signed proposal. Permitted excavation is longer and depends on municipality.
Do you do bulk material delivery only?+
Yes. We deliver soil, gravel, stone, mulch, and aggregate by the yard, and we haul demolition spoil out. Standalone delivery jobs are billed by load and travel.
What about drainage failures and flooding?+
Drainage is one of our anchor services. We diagnose, scope, and rebuild — French drains, channel drains, dry wells, downspout tie-ins, regrading. We document the system so the next contractor can read it.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — provincial business registration, commercial general liability in good standing, and workers' compensation coverage where required. Documents available before contract signing.
